Обновил КД с версии 3.0.0 на 3.1.0 без проблем
Пытаюсь обновить сервер мониторинга и вылетает ошибка

Причем установил даже чистую Астру 1.7.7.uu2, включил в домен и пытаюсь установить роль мониторинга на нее. Результат тот же
